YBI developed the Taft Technology Center - a 30,000 sq. ft. technology building developed as a commercial property to house accelerated Portfolio Companies. Located next to YBI, it is currently the global headquarters of Turning Technologies, LLC. Under construction now is the Semple Building, a renovation project that will offer 18,000 sq. ft. for lease.

The company's principals, Kelly Bucci and Jennifer Wexler, worked closely with YBI staff as a Virtual Portfolio Company at least a year before locating operations at YBI in 2008.
