Office Space

Fully furnished office space is available with suites ranging from 110 square feet up to 825 square feet. Terms are flexible, with options for "free" rent period and modest lease rates. Offices are configured to allow for company's growth.

Software Testing Lab

A major problem facing emerging technology companies is finding the resources to properly test new software applications. Often a startup company develops a computer program and has a need to "try out" their product under several different computer scenarios. The testing process can be cost-prohibitive.

YBI has addressed this problem by providing a Software Testing Laboratory for the use of its Portfolio Companies. The Lab provides the hardware, software and equipment needed to test new software under different operating environments. Once the YBI Portfolio Company has perfected its software application, it is a simple matter to take the product into production. The Lab houses a high-speed CD duplicator and a high-speed CD labeling system, making the transition from a good idea to product a cost-effective undertaking.

Conference Rooms

YBI has three conference rooms, ranging from 8 to 28 seats, for the training and meeting needs of its Portfolio Companies. All conference room space can be reserved online through YBI's Resource Manager along with any equipment needed such as multi-media projectors, notebook PCs, laptop PCs, digital cameras, etc.

Break Room

YBI's Break Room is equipped with free coffee services, vending machines with a wide array of drinks and snacks, a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The room is also home to YBI's highly popular air hockey and foosball tables!

Parking

YBI maintains a secure, gated 50 space parking facility immediately east of our facility for use by employees and visitors.
