The Youngstown Business Incubator is building some tremendously exciting, technology-based companies for the Mahoning Valley.

Since April 2000, YBI companies have received 16 new Intellectual Property patents; created over 160 new full-time, technology-based jobs; and developed 19 new software applications. Currently, there are over 4000 unique licensed users of the software throughout the United States and in 28 foreign countries. Counted among the customers of YBI developed software applications are organizations as diverse as Lockheed Martin, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Dell, AT&T, PPG, Discover Financial, Textron, EDS, Concurrent Computers, SONY, Disney, Firestone, Vespa Motorcycles, the U.S. Navy, the Toronto Argonauts, and universities including Notre Dame, Stanford, Columbia, Purdue, Ohio State, Loyola, Pitt, the University of California, and the University of Kuwait.
